The 2024 PIPTA Conference and Expo will be held in Denver, Colorado on Tuesday, October 22 through Friday, October 25, 2024. PIPTA is dedicated to advancing the parking and transportation profession. When developing conference education sessions, our goal is to provide a high-quality program that represents the diversity of the PIPTA membership. We want to engage you with content that is timely and topical so you can return home and translate conference learning and experience into real-world solutions.
 
PIPTA is currently accepting presenter proposals for the 2024 PIPTA Conference & Expo. We are looking for presenters who demonstrate knowledge in the parking and transportation profession by:

  • Illustrating recent case studies

  • Demonstrating successful planning and problem solving in mobility and parking

  • Describing good financial acumen

  • Exploring alternative transportation modes

  • Sharing implementation successes and failures

  • Identifying innovative technologies and their use cases

  • Offering personal development to attendees

 
We welcome traditional presentations and also encourage submittals for interactive presentations that promote participation by session attendees such as panel and roundtable discussions. This could also include live polling, small group breakouts, or weaving discussion throughout a presentation rather than in the final minutes.
 
The goal of our education sessions is to educate attendees and not to promote products or services.  Exhibit space and sponsorships are available for promotional activity. Presentations cannot be sales pitches. If you are a supplier of products or services, please be sure your session content is not based on your products, services, or proprietary information.
 
Proposals will be evaluated using the following criteria:

  • Overall quality that offers ways to advance the parking and transportation profession

  • Well-defined educational focus with a logical flow of information

  • Relevance and importance to parking and transportation professionals

  • Presentation skill and experience of the proposed speaker(s)

  • Topic and content applicability to a broad audience

Proposals are due Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 at 5:00 pm MDT

Presenters will not receive speaking fees or reimbursement for any expenses, including but not limited to conference registration fees.

All proposals must be submitted online. File Upload is optional and can be used to attach your presentation (if available) or additional information you would like submitted for review.
